At SEJA FASHION, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or accessories for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item Back: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
